Not at all. Many clients come to us with just ideas or inspiration photos, and that’s enough to get started. Our team creates a custom design that reflects your vision, fits your budget, and works with the unique conditions of your property. If you already have a design, we’re happy to bring it to life. If not, we’ll take care of everything from planning to execution.
Most garden and backyard projects take 2–6 weeks depending on size and complexity. We provide a realistic schedule before starting and keep you updated at every stage.
We base our pricing on design complexity, materials, labour, and any specialist features (e.g., lighting, water features). Every quote is itemised so you can see exactly where your investment goes.
Not yet. An estimate is just a rough view of how much your project could cost. It’s meant to give you a ballpark figure while you’re still deciding.
Once you’re happy with the estimate, we move forward by creating a detailed quote and proposal. This includes the full scope of work, materials, and timeline.
Once you approve the proposal, the price becomes final and fixed. The only time it would change is if you decide to add extra features or upgrades after work begins.

For projects above £1000, we ask for a 50% deposit with further payments linked to project milestones. This keeps your investment protected and the project on track.
We plan for weather and supply chain variables, and will communicate any changes immediately. Our contracts include clear clauses for handling delays.
We offer year-round maintenance plans to keep your garden looking its best. These can include lawn care, plant pruning, hedge and tree trimming, seasonal planting, and cleaning of hard surfaces.
